STEP 1

Inspect | Operate | Clean
Lubricate and/or Adjust

Trained technicians will inspect, operate, clean, lubricate and/or adjust the following on your operable partition wall:

Track and trolley system
All jambs, pass doors and pocket doors
Drop seal assemblies
All panels and panel face finish material
All panels to plumb
Closure panel mechanics
Hinge systems
Fixed seals and bulb extrusions/seals
Limit switches, clutches, and chains on electric walls
Instructional training sessions demonstrating proper set up

STEP 2

Comprehensive
Reporting

After a thorough inspection, you'll receive a written report identifying:

Any unsafe conditions remaining
Worn, damaged or broken components that require replacement
Panels out of level or plumb that require additional repairs and/or parts

STEP 3

Quality
Repair

A repair or replacement estimate will be provided for additional materials and/or labor to correct any issues.
